What's up, Tezos developers? I hope you and your loved ones are safe in these frightful times. Here is a brief digest of the latest notable events around DipDup.
5.0.1 patch version has been released with a bunch of important stability fixes. We strongly advise you to update your 5.0 and 4.2 instances.
Chain reorgs hit hard on Ithaca mainnet! Make sure to take one of the following actions to avoid indexer downtime. Implement
on_rollbackhook, enable lagging TzKT buffer (non-zero
tzktconfig) or/and set up an automatic backup-rollback of DipDup database. In the most extreme case you can even ignore rollbacks completely, but make sure you know what you're doing.
Migration to GitHub Issues from our internal Trello board is finally over. All bug reports and feature requests are now in one place. Come slap a thumbs-up emoji on tickets you find the most important!
User documentation has been significantly rewritten to keep up with recent changes. Please, report any mistakes and inconsistencies you find on GitHub or our socials.
DipDup Community Survey has begun! Our development course is determined solely by community needs, so your feedback is always welcome.
See you next time!
